• Cash  (40% on Contract, 30% on Product Delivery and 30% on Job Delivery).

Customer Obligations

1. Obtaining the necessary plans, projects and legal permits for the establishment of the building.

2. Floor concrete, all kinds of excavation and landscaping works.

3. Floor Screeding after the rough assembly of the prefabricated building.

4. Floor and wet area wall coverings (ceramic, pvc, parquet).

5. Electric meter and grounding line.

6. Making external connections outside the prefabricated building (Electricity, Water).

7. Bathroom cabinets, mirror and accessories.

8. Heating and Cooling installations (Heating, air conditioning etc.).

9. Supply of electricity to be used during assembly and crane if necessary.

10. Ensuring the safety of prefabricated materials.

11. Installation of sanitary ware and fixtures after assembly(Sink, Closet, Shower Tray).

12. Work outside Yerevan requires accommodation for assembly team.

Company Obligations

1. Prefabricated building materials specified in the specification (wall panels, joint elements, roofing material, suspended ceiling material, ceiling insulation, Interior and exterior paints, electic wires, tv-telephone and internet lan cables).

2. Exterior and interior doors.

3. Supply of windows, transoms and glazing.

4. Applying mastic to the connecting elements of the building.

5. Installation of prefabricated building internal electrical wiring, internal plumbing.

6. Prefabricated building assembly works (Rough building assembly, electrical installation, sanitary installation).
